About Hybrid Landtech Ltd.
Who We Are
Meet the Architects of Tomorrow’s Neighbourhoods
Most Nigerians want land they can trust, documents they can verify, a purchase process that’s seamless and development journey completely devoid of omo onile harassments and other land-related issues. That’s exactly why Hybrid Landtech started in March 2022: to help regular Nigerians own solid, well-verified land without the usual drama.
We kicked off from our head office along the Lekki–Epe Expressway in Ajah, a spot that lets us stay close to all the major development corridors shaping Lagos and Ogun today. And since then, the brand has grown into a ₦5 billion real estate company with nearly 800 clients from Lagos and Ogun.
Also, because we know the real estate market moves fast, we don’t just pick land randomly. We follow actual private investment and government projects, new expressways, industrial zones, and migration patterns. Places like the Omu–Epe Expressway, Lekki Deep Sea Port, Lagos Food Logistics Hub, Lagos to Calabar highway project, and the Badagry–Sokoto Superhighway guide where we plant our estates.
Today, Hybrid Landtech operates eight estates across Lagos and Ogun, covering 100+ acres, each one sitting in a growth corridor with real potential that delivers an average annual ROI of 115%.
Our Land Acquisition & Development Process
People always ask us, “How do you people find these lands?” Here’s exactly how:
1. We study the areas first
For example, before buying into Epe, Ota or the Ibeju Lekki corridors, we reviewed government budget allocations, studied infrastructure plans, and even sat with community elders to understand land history.
2. We verify ownership.
Not just talking to family heads. Our land professionals run surveys, do charting at the Office of the Surveyor-General, check for overlapping coordinates, and confirm that there are no existing excisions, gazettes, or disputes.
3. We take the stress of documentation.
Buyers get survey plans, receipts, deeds, and allocation letters without chasing anybody around.
4. We develop the estates in phases.
Perimeter fence, layout marking, access roads, and a physical inspection process that helps people pick their own plots confidently.
